Cancellation Policy & Returns

When something is not right about your order:

We are happy to process a return if:

  • The incorrect item was dispatched
  • The product is not as described

All other issues are addressed on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured though, if you are not happy, we promise to make it right.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase:

A customer has the right to return the order and receive a full refund up to thirty days after order completion.
If a customer does choose to cancel the order, we aim to make a full refund within 7 days once the goods are returned & received by GreenBox.
If the refund is sought before the order is dispatched, a refund will be issued right away and the order cancelled.

In order for us to issue a full refund, products must be returned in the state they were sent: unopened, unused, and undamaged. We cannot accept opened products for refund purposes.

How to return an item:

  1. Send the unopened new product to the returns address at the bottom of this page. Make sure it’s well protected for transit
  2. Email us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject title, informing us that you are returning a product
  3. Await confirmation from us that the item is received
  4. Your refund will then be processed automatically
