Cancellation Policy & Returns
When something is not right about your order:
We are happy to process a return if:
- The incorrect item was dispatched
- The product is not as described
All other issues are addressed on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured though, if you are not happy, we promise to make it right.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase:
In order for us to issue a full refund, products must be returned in the state they were sent: unopened, unused, and undamaged. We cannot accept opened products for refund purposes.
How to return an item:
- Send the unopened new product to the returns address at the bottom of this page. Make sure it’s well protected for transit
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject title, informing us that you are returning a product
- Await confirmation from us that the item is received
- Your refund will then be processed automatically
