• Cajuput oil comes from the branches of the Cajuput tree. It may be effective in fighting off infections, as well as offer pain relief
• Camphor is well known for its ability to increase blood flow under the skin which creates a warming sensation. It is commonly used to relieve pain and soothe achey muscles and joints
• Clove oil has a fragrant aroma and may be a good pain reliever and offer anti-itching properties
• Levomenthol is extracted from peppermint oil, and provides a cooling feeling to the skin and there is early evidence that it may also have a good effect in calming itchy skin

For tension headaches (Adults only):

• Apply ointment to forehead and/or temples
• Lightly rub in a circular motion
• Use a pea-sized amount
• Repeat every 30 to 60 mins if your headache has not died down

For muscle aches and pains (Adults and children 2yrs and older):

• Rub on area of concern gently
• Apply 2 to 3 times a day
